Can a group of us come together on one booking?
We would love you to bring your friends. As long as, the booking covers all the of the dogs in the party and the dogs are all happy being together.
Can I book more than one time slot at one time?
You can book as many slots as you would like if the availability is there.
Do I need to bring my own water?
No, we have a water supply into the field.
Do you have toilet facilities?
Unfortunately, there are no toilet facilities.
How big is the dog field?
How do I amend or cancel my booking?
Bookings are nontransferable, but if you have notified us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, we will try our best to help you change your booking. Please contact us via email at: hello@fieldforpaws.co.uk
Unfortunately, we cannot change bookings for inclement weather, but there is shelter in the Field.
Bookings can only be made online through Paypal. You will be sent a confirmation email and that will contain the Pin Code to access the facilities.
How do I reschedule a booking?
If you would like to reschedule a booking please send an email to hello@fieldforpaws.co.uk. We ask that all rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours prior to the booked time slot.
How far in advance or how late can I make bookings?
We are open for bookings several months in advance and the field can be booked as late as half an hour before use providing the availability is there.
The fencing is approximately 5ft (1.5m) high.
Is there a maximum number of dogs I can bring?
The total number you can book online is eight (8). If you would like to book more than eight dogs, then please contact us via email at: hello@fieldforpaws.co.uk
Is there any cover in the field if it starts raining?
Yes, there is a shelter in the Field.
What are your opening hours?
March – October: 7am to 7pm
November – March: 8am – 5pm
These are based on the hours of sunlight.
What is the policy on dog poo?
If you see it pick it up. We ask you to bring your own bags and use the bins provided. More details can be found on in our Terms and Conditions.
Where can I find the terms and conditions?
Will there be other dogs in the field?
The field is for exclusive use for the duration of your booking.
XL Bully’s are allowed to use the field on EXCLUSIVE bookings only. They are not to attend any group sessions organised by either ourselves or other groups. The owners are responsible for the dog(s) whilst they are in the field and must also be compliant with all the Government regulations from December 31st 2023. We will also monitor Government guidelines and make changes and alterations if required or advised to.
